GCEK kannur - Government College of Engineering Kannur

Popularly knows as Kannur Enginnering collge and GCEK, Government College of Engineering Kannur is one of the best Engineering colleges in North Kerala.The Govt. College of Engineering Kannur was established in 1986. The college is located at Mangattuparamba, around 15 km from Kannur Railway station on the national highway 17. The college is affiliated to Kannur University.

The Govt College of Engineering Kannur (GCEK) provides various regular, short-term and adhoc courses in the field of engineering. The college offers regular undergraduate programs in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering and Computer Science & Engineering. Selection of candidates is based on an entrance examination in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry conducted by the commissioner for entrance examination, Government of Kerala.
