Malayalam Cinema's veteran actor Thilakan who was recently forced out of Association of Malayalam Movie Artistes AMMA will do the lead role once again for the new movie named 'Achan'. The director of the movie is Ali Akbar.There were a lot of issues going on between AMMA and Thilakan and AMMA ousted Thilakan from the Association.
The film is based on the drama `Achan' written by famous dramatist S.R. Raveendran.Cinema media reports that the shoot for ‘Achan’ is expected to start by July.

Trivandrum International Airport Terminal 3 launch this month.

The brand new terminal of Thiruvananthapuram international airport (TRV) is all set to open.According to media reports Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will inaugurate a new terminal of the Thiruvananthapuram International Airport.The construction cost of the new terminal was estimated at Rs 289 crore.
The new terminal would be able to handle up to 800 passengers.
Good parking space available at new terminal where 606 cars can park at a time.The new terminal would have 30 check-in counters, 18 immigration counters, 18 Customs counters, three security checking units and four conveyor belts to facilitate hassle-free movement of passengers.The new terminal is a tubular three-storied fully air-conditioned building with a floor area of 20,000 sq meters and would provide wi-fi connectivity to passengers.
Trivandrum International Airport has direct flights to many international cities like Kuwait, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Malé, Colombo, Sharjah, Muscat, Bahrain, Doha, Jeddah and Abu Dhabi.

The Government of Kerala has introduced centralized allotment process or admissions to higher secondary (plus one) courses.
The admissions to the management and community quota would be done at the school level.
This single window system will cover 24,555 seats in Government and aided school under the open merit quota.
