Civilization is said to be the advancement in intellectual, cultural, and/or material development in human society, the extensive use of record-keeping for history and the appearance of complex political and social activities by the individual citizens. Instead of utilizing the available resources, an amalgam of the Devanagari 'Ra' and the Roman capital 'R' without the stem and some more merger is neither do any ease in communication nor civilization, but just a "something to do" in place of "Rs." or "INR". Symbols insist each individual to "write or draw with pen and ink". Before altering a system, its ease and common applicability had to be assessed.
