KMCT Medical College, Kozhikode has been given permission to admit students to 100 MBBS seats for the academic year 2010-11.The KMCT Medical College admits 100 students annually for the MBBS Program approved by the Medical Council of India. Of the 100 seats, 50 are filled up by the government allocations and 50 by the management, of which 15 are reserved for Non Resident Indians (NRIs).
KMCT is established in the year 2008 after approving permission from the Medical Council of India and Ministry of Health, Government of India. The college is a self financing institution run by Kunhitharuvai Memorial Charitable Trust (KMCT) established in 1994.
KMCT Medical College is located in the picturesque hillocks of Manassery and Mampatta, 25 km from Kozhikode (CALICUT) city.
