A list of 19 ministers expected to join the Manmohan Singh's Cabinet and the list has been sent to President Pratibha Patil.These ministers will be sworn in this evening.Pawar and Mamata are the only allies to be sworn in on Friday

DMK decided to provide outside support to UPA since it failed to reach an agreement with congress regarding the number of cabinet ministers.
DMK had been demanding seven ministerial berths, including three cabinet, while Congress was ready to concede only six.
