Attukal Pongala ,the world famous festival of Attukal temple is on march 10th 2009.
"Attukal Pongala" also entered into the Guiness Book of World Records for the largest women gathering festival in the world.
This year it is expected that more than 25 lakh (2.5 million) devotees will attend the function.
