The Kerala based Federal Bank (FB) has opened its first office in Abu Dhabi.Since the number of Indian's working in UAE is more than a million,the Federal Bank office is expected to help them a lot.
The office was inaugurated by Vayalar Ravi, Minister for Overseas Indian Affairs along with Federal Bank's Chairman M Venugopalan.
The ceremony was attended by Ali bin Abdullah Al Ka'abi UAE Minister of Labour, Talmiz Ahmed Indian Ambassador to UAE and Mohammed Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi Deputy Governor Central Bank of UAE.
The representative office is expected to boost the services offered to NRIs and also help trade related transactions between Gulf and India.
